旭化成 中国藍星と変性PPE樹脂事業で製・販合弁
旭化成(東京都千代田区)は、中国化工集団有限公司(CHEMCHINA)傘下の中国藍星(集団)股份有限公司(中国・上海市、以下、藍星)との間で、変性PPE(ポリフェニレンエーテル)樹脂「ザイロン」およびその原料のPPEモノマー、ポリマーを一貫して中国国内で製造・販売する共同事業化に向け、合弁契約を締結した。
合弁で江蘇省南通市に製造、販売両会社を設立する。製造会社への出資比率は藍星50.01％、旭化成49.99％。PPEモノマー・ポリマーの生産(ポリマーベースで年間３万㌧)および変性PPE樹脂を年間２万トン生産する。販売会社への出資比率は旭化成50.07％、藍星49.93％。子会社を上海、深圳、香港に設立する予定。
