東芝 ベトナム・チュンソン水力発電所が運転開始
東芝グループが水力発電設備を納入したベトナムのチュンソン水力発電所の１～４号機のすべてが、このほど営業運転を開始した。同発電所の発電設備は、中国における東芝グループの東芝水電設備(杭州)有限公司(以下、東芝水電)が、中国水電工程顧問集団有限公司とのコンソーシアムで、2013年８月にベトナムの電力公社傘下のチュンソンハイドロパワーカンパニーから受注したもの。
チュンソン水力発電所は同国北中部のタインホア省に新設された合計出力26万KWの発電所。東芝水電は6.5万KWのフランシス水車、発電機および各種付帯設備４セットの供給を担当した。このプロジェクトは世界銀行が、ベトナム向けに初めて融資した案件。
