伊藤忠商事(本社:東京都港区)とベルシステム24(本社:東京都中央区)は、韓国コンタクトセンター大手事業者のHANKOOK Corporation(本社:韓国・ソウル、以下HC社)および、韓国、日本で事業経営コンサルティングおよび事業支援関連サービスを提供するJ-SPARK NATURAL(本社:韓国・京畿道利川市、以下、JP社)と日韓両言語に対応したコンタクトセンター業務提供の協業を目的とした業務提携に基本合意した。
