富士電機 東南ア自販機事業拡大へクボタのPTMS買収
富士電機(東京都品川区)はクボタ(大阪市浪速区)との間で、クボタとクボタベンディングサービス(以下、KVS)が保有するインドネシアのPT.METEC SEMARANG(以下、PTMS)の全株式を譲り受けることと、国内外の自動販売機に係るアフターサービス業務の承継等の契約を締結した。
買収後の新社名は「PT.FUJI METEC SEMARANG」(予定)。株式譲渡実行日は2017年11月15日の予定。新会社の売上目標は2023年度50億円。
富士電機はクボタの自販機事業からの撤退を受け、今回PTMSの買収により東南アジアにおける自販機事業の基盤を強化し、事業の拡大を図る。
三重工場並びにタイの同社子会社で行っている東南アジア向け自販機の生産をPTMS(所在地:インドネシア中部ジャワ州スマラン市)に集約し、効率的な生産体制を構築する。また、PTMSが持つインドネシア、マレーシアにも販路を拡大する。
