阪和興業 マレーシアBahru社の株式取得
阪和興業は東南アジア最大のステンレス製造メーカー、マレーシアのBahru Stainless Sdn.Bhd.(以下、Bahru社)へ出資した。
Bahru社の親会社は世界有数のステンレスメーカーで、日新製鋼も出資しているスペインのAcerinox社だ。この結果、Bahru社への出資比率はAcerinox67％、日新製鋼30％、阪和興業３％。
阪和興業はアジアにおける同社のネットワークを生かしてBahru社のステンレス製品の拡販に努めるとともに、全世界に拠点を持つAcerinoxグループとの関係を強化し、グローバルな展開を目指していく。
