昭和電工 熱硬化性成形材料事業でアジア４拠点体制
昭和電工は９月22日、中国広東省珠海市で、熱硬化性成形材料(以下、BMC)工場の竣工式を執り行った。今回竣工式を行ったの連結子会社は「昭和電工新材料(珠海)有限公司」(以下、SDNZ)は、上海に次ぐ同社グループのBMCの中国第二拠点となる。
SDNZの資本金は7000万人民元(約11億9000万円)で、持株比率は昭和電工70％、長興材料工業股份有限公司30％。同社は華南地域中心に製品を供給していく。
この結果、昭和電工グループのBMC事業は既存の日本、上海、タイの３カ所と合わせアジア４拠点体制が確立する。
