小糸製作所 マレーシアで車用照明器具の子会社設立
小糸製作所(東京都港区)は、マレーシアで自動車用照明器具の製造・販売を手掛ける子会社を設立する。
新会社「KOITO MALAYSIA SDN.BHD」の所在地はマレーシアネグリセンビラン州センダヤン市センダヤン工業団地。2017年10月設立予定。設立申請時資本金6000万リンギット(約15億円)、工場建設・設備導入の進捗に伴い増資予定。
新工場は用地面積６万700平方㍍、投資額50億円、生産能力は自動車用前照灯/標識灯各25万台(2021年末予定)、2019年12月生産開始の予定。
