住友大阪セメント 光通信用部品の増設工事竣工
住友大阪セメント(東京都千代田区)は、光通信用部品(LN変調器)の製造子会社、東莞住創光電子技術有限公司(広東省東莞市)で、従来の10G、40GのLN変調器の製造に加え、世界最高レベルの伝送速度を持つ100G変調器の生産を開始するための設備の増設工事を行っていたが、９月５日に竣工、操業開始することになった。
世界のLN変調器市場においてトップシェアを目指すとともに、中国・東莞市という世界的な情報通信企業が集積する立地を活かして、高い品質の製品を安定的かつ効率的に生産し、供給していく。
