五洋建設 シンガポールで大深度下水道トンネル受注
五洋建設(東京都文京区)は、シンガポール公益事業庁(以下、PUB)より大深度下水道トンネルシステム(DTSS)２期事業T-08工区を、同国のKoh Brothers Building＆Civil Engineering Contractor社と共同受注した。
JV受注総額は日本円換算で約423億円、うち五洋建設分は65％の約275億円。工期は70カ月で、2023年６月に竣工予定。同社はこれまでPUBから2000年にDTSS１期事業T-02工区、2011年に上水道トンネル工事(NIPE-C4)を受注しており、今回で３回目となる。
DTSS事業では、集められた排水を沿岸部に建設された水再生処理工場へと自然流下させるための大深度下水道トンネルを建設する。排水は高度に浄化処理された後、「NEWater」と呼ばれる清浄で高純度な水として再利用されるか、一部は海へ放流される。
今回受注したT-08工区は、チュアス地区に新たに建設予定の水再生処理工場へつながる海底部(3.5㌔㍍)を含むトンネル工事。４台のシードルマシンを使い、トンネル全長約9.9㌔㍍を建設する。
